BRAND ACTIVATION:
In collaboration with Cotton, the brand launched its inaugural in-person shopping experience through a three-month pop-up shop. Serving as the primary liaison between the brand and our retail logistics partner, I managed this project, which included eight in-store product launches and multiple brand activations. These activations featured partnerships with coffee, jewelry, and beauty vendors. My responsibilities encompassed coordinating product launch timelines, overseeing the merchandising of new inventory, and directing the briefing and installation of store displays.
